The director is busy, due to surgery schedule. Even though I had an appointment and went, I waited 25 minutes, and only had a 5-minute consultation with the director. They are not especially kind or thorough in their explanations. They kept making the line lower. It seemed like they were pursuing too much naturalness, so I put it on hold. The consultation director is lively, but I didn't think they were particularly kind.
