The manager here was honestly the worst in history. No matter what I asked, she couldn't answer. Instead of answering, she kept deflecting the question in a weird way, whether because she didn't know or something. The doctor was just so-so ; I went after watching YouTube, but honestly I was the most disappointed here. There's no pressure to pay a deposit, but the manager felt almost like a price guide, and I kept wondering what I could even say about surgery to my own manager;
