Um... since I went for a nose removal consultation for the first time and didn’t know much, and I also couldn’t search much, I probably didn’t ask many questions. It felt like I came back after being taught about my current symptoms? The director was extremely confident and said everything they said was based only on facts... The consultation manager just said exactly what a consultation manager should say.
