The doctor was unfriendly. But in another sense, maybe that means he was confident. The staff were kind. When I consulted with the director, they explained everything while showing photos, which made me trust them. The event price was also reasonable, so I really wanted to do it, but later I looked it up and saw many reviews saying it loosened, so I decided not to go.
