I have almost no fat on my upper eyelids and my eyes have a double fold (protruding eyes). During the consultation, they said an incision would be the only sure option, but I said absolutely no incision, so they suggested natural adhesion plus fat grafting to the upper eyelids. I had the surgery later, and it came out naturally and well. The upper-eyelid fat grafting disappeared quickly!
