I had a brief consultation only with the director, without the consultation manager~ The director was kind, and I think I just left knowing roughly what method would be used and about how much it would cost if I had surgery. It was my first consultation at a hospital when I knew nothing at all, so after the consultation I just felt kind of indifferent~
