First of all, when you go in, they welcome you very warmly. There was no consultation fee, and maybe because it was an odd time on a weekday there weren’t many people, so the doctor spent 30 minutes carefully answering everything I asked. I had a lot to think about because this was a revision surgery, but they explained things kindly and well.
