First of all, I'm still struggling with the scar more than I expected for a very long time It seems like alar reduction itself leaves a lot of scars, but unless your nostrils are large, reducing the alar base doesn't really make the nose look much smaller, so choose carefully. They handled KakaoTalk inquiries and aftercare very well after the surgery, and the chief doctor and staff were all very kind. But even if you make an appointment and go, you still end up waiting at least an hour..
