The director is calm and gentle. There’s less scarring than I expected, so it doesn’t bother me. However, if your philtrum is flat, you absolutely should get a philtrum dimple procedure. Mine was reduced but still looked just as flat, so I regret not getting the dimple procedure. Still, the aftercare was good and the staff were kind!
