I had a consultation for eye surgery, and both the manager and the director were very kind. The director seemed extremely confident and clearly explained how the surgery should be done, so he was persuasive and I gained a lot of trust. I still have one more clinic I scheduled a consultation with, so I didn't leave a deposit, but it seemed fine.
