It was effective 4 to 6 years ago, so I recently went in for submental liposuction. The doctor explained things kindly and well, but said there wasn't much fat so the effect might not be very noticeable. I went ahead thinking it would still be better than not doing it. The nurses were extremely unfriendly, and didn't even have the most basic attitude. They spoke to customers in a heavy regional dialect, like "that's how it was" and "this is how it was," to the point that it felt like some rural country clinic. They said Rejuran in a 2cc vial wouldn't work, so I got 4cc instead. Not sure if it turned out well. I was told it was the lowest price, so I got it, but it wasn't great.
