I told them over the phone which part I wanted surgery on and got a doctor recommendation, then made an appointment and visited. But when I got there, the manager saw me and said I had to switch to a different doctorㅜㅜ The problem was that doctor could only consult an hour later, so in the end I had made a reservation and went there only to have a consultation with the manager and leaveㅜㅜ The manager was kind, but the front desk was chaotic and everyone was shouting at each other in loud voices, so it didn’t feel like a comfortable atmosphereㅜㅜ
