A real 10-year review after having double eyelid surgery here.. (I was looking up rhinoplasty and found this post because I was checking whether the hospital that did my eye surgery was still around, so I'm leaving this here) My older sister had eye surgery here, and I did too. I had ptosis, so I got it corrected together, and I wanted my double eyelids to be a bit larger. Because my pupils are relatively large, they said it was possible. So my double eyelids turned out to have a refreshing, clear look. Even about a year after surgery, there was a difference between the two eyes, so I had revision surgery. (At that time, revision surgery was free.) After the revision, the two sides still weren't completely identical, there was still some difference, but it was enough to cover with makeup, so I just lived with it feeling satisfied. Now, 10 years later, there is still a slight difference even without makeup, but it's so natural that it doesn't look like I had surgery (natural eyes aren't exactly identical on both sides either). And especially at Choi Yeop Plastic Surgery, there are really no visible surgery marks when my eyes are closed, so I like that it doesn't look like I had surgery.
