I had a consultation with Director ㅅㅁㅅ and he was very kind and explained things clearly in a way that was easy to understand, so I was grateful. Director ㅅㅁㅅ was really warm and comforting. Not only the director, but also the staff were kind during the consultation, and the facilities were neat and nice.
