I went for revision nose surgery. They used L-shaped silicone, so my nose was too high, and because of the asymmetry in the nose tip and nostrils, the doctor kindly explained everything and even completed the surgery, but the result was not good. I'm a man, but I ended up with a ski-jump nose Who can I blame? haha
