I had nose surgery here about 10 years ago.. My nose bridge became a bit more defined than before, but... nobody even noticed that I had nose surgery, so it wasn't a big improvement. I'm now looking into revision surgery at another clinic.. I don't know whether they're good at eyes, but for noses.. I really should have done it in Seoul. Back then I didn't know any better.. There was no inflammation or anything like that, but from an aesthetic standpoint it wasn't great
