It may vary from person to person, but I had a hard time with the doctor's very stiff feeling. Still, the skill was really good, everything healed without scars, and the shape is pretty and the alar base attached so beautifully. I was more satisfied than with the nose surgery (bridge and tip). It made me feel like this is how good surgical results show true skill.
