I liked that both the director and the manager clearly said something couldn't be done if it really couldn't be done. They said that if the tip of the nose is raised and the hump is shaved down, there can be a slight curve, but if you place a thin layer of silicone, it can be made smooth. They also said that if I dislike silicone, I can decide for myself and go with a no-implant option! They showed me no-implant photos, and it seemed to turn out pretty naturally.
