The clinic was extremely large, so I was impressed and thought it must really be famous. However, from the moment I checked in, the desk staff were wearing padded jackets over their uniforms, sitting with their hands in their pockets, giggling and chatting among themselves so loudly that the service was very disappointing. The consultant was fine. I was seen by an associate director, who only recommended things that were realistically possible and clearly said what could not be done, which I liked. However, the way they expressed themselves was not especially polite or pleasant. The price was also extremely expensive.
