Both the director and the counselor explained things in such detail that my trust level went way up. They showed me lots of example photos and explained well why the problems in my nose stood out more, and I wanted a natural nose. The director's style also seems to favor natural and safe things, so if I end up having surgery, I think I'd do it here.
