I was disappointed because the wait at my consultation appointment was pretty long, but after talking with the doctor my trust level went up. Director Kim Hyung-rok explained everything so well in detail. Every word he said gave me confidence, and it wasn't a short consultation either - he explained things in detail for quite a long time. I even left a deposit, but I'm worried because his experience feels a little short. Still, I'll trust him and give it a try. The consultation manager was also very kind and helpful.
