Has it been 5 years since the surgery.. I had fat repositioning and also fat grafting to the front cheek area at the same time. It seemed like the consultation and surgical direction were carried out according to what the patient wanted. Originally my aegyo-sal was very thick, but as I got older it sagged and became puffy, so that is why I had the surgery. The thick aegyo-sal got reduced by half, so that part is a bit disappointing.
