I had a reservation and went in, but I never even saw the director's face and only spent 40 minutes consulting with the manager. They kept saying that they only get people who come through definite referrals from acquaintances, and kept pressuring me to book. Even when I said I would think about it after seeing the director, the pressure was strong. It was evening and there were not even many people, but they said the director was in surgery so it would take longer, and since I did not seem like I was going to book, they just ended it without even showing me the director's face. Then they told me to sign some confidentiality agreement, and I was not even getting a discount for surgery, and I had not even seen the director's face, so I did not understand why I had to sign it. I only saw the director's face on the TV they had playing in the lobby; haha
