The manager was brisk and did the consultation well. The doctor also seemed confident. The place is small and the facilities don’t seem very comfortable. The light above the waiting sofa kept flickering. I decided on surgery and paid the deposit. Then 20 days before the surgery I changed my mind and asked to cancel the contract, but they said it wasn’t refundable, so I contacted the Korea Consumer Agency and got it back with 10 percent deducted.
