I first consulted with the doctor, and there was no explanation of what could or couldn't be done; he just said he'd do it. The consultation wasn't extremely kind, but it wasn't unfriendly either, just ordinary. After that I consulted with the manager, and the manager was very kind and showed me a lot of past photos.
