They shaped it naturally and beautifully. I had it done at an event price about a year ago, and I'm satisfied. I asked for a heart shape so it wouldn't look like duck lips, and they molded it well. It wasn't numbing cream but a numbing injection before the procedure, and the pain was bearable, so it was fine. I remember them being better than other places at shaping it.
