If it weren't for the consultation with the chief surgeon, I probably wouldn't have even looked at this place.. The consultation manager asked questions like a machine gun and everything moved really, really fast. Of course I know the surgeon had surgery scheduled, but they called and coordinated with me to see if I could come in an hour earlier for the consultation, and I was very disappointed. The consultation with the chief surgeon was really good though. I thought, ah, this person has a similar aesthetic sense to mine.. If I get it done here, it will come out in a shape I’d like? That was the feeling I got.
