I went for a consultation several years ago. My face is asymmetrical and needs double-jaw surgery, but they talked as if contouring alone would be enough, which was very confusing. Overall, the hospital's friendliness and atmosphere were okay, but if you have a double-jaw case or a long face, it'd probably be better to avoid it.
