I went in for a consultation, and the wait was incredibly short. Both the director and the manager were so kind. They explained everything I wanted to ask in advance, which I liked, and they tried to adjust things to the direction I wanted. However, I was disappointed that the consultation with the director was much shorter than the consultation with the manager.
