Since the whole building is a clinic, it feels overall very clean. The staff at the entrance are kind. The consultation is done directly with the doctor, but they don't specifically tell you which doctor you'll be seeing, and they don't ask, so you only find out once you go in (male doctor). He explains things kindly and also shows photos of similar cases. There is no separate anesthesiologist, and the attending doctor performs the anesthesia. The director told me that laser care is included after surgery.
