First of all, the facilities are really, really good. I heard they had relocated, and it has a very luxurious feel, with separate waiting areas so you don't have to sit with strangers, which was nice. The staff were also very kind, and before waiting they do something like a survey, which felt very thorough and fine. But I was very disappointed that I consulted with the manager rather than the doctor.. They said I would only consult with the doctor on the day of surgery, so.. it made me hesitate to go ahead.. Since I didn't actually consult with the doctor, I can't judge my expectations for surgery~
