It was a pre-booked consultation, but since the doctor had surgery scheduled, I consulted with the manager instead. She was so kind, had a great impression, explained things very neatly, seemed to have a good personality, and overall made me feel very comfortable and positive. The facility looks like a new building, it's clean, and there were a lot of visitors. For now, I'll keep my expectations up.
