I had surgery there back when Director Oh Young-hwan was there. He isn't there now. I stopped by this time for a consultation about something else, and now they only do surgery with autologous costal cartilage. The staff don't seem to realize that when they say they're being quiet at the front desk, people can hear them. I was dumbfounded to hear them grumbling because patients had asked the same thing several times. Well, of course they're kind in front of you.
