When I first went for a consultation, the doctor gave a very detailed explanation, and I liked that. But because of the manager, I worried a lot. The tone of speech was like they were snapping at me, and I can't say they were kind. People who have been to several clinic consultations will probably know. Most of the staff were kind, but I don't want to consult with the manager again. And the surgery result left me stressed because my nostrils ended up asymmetrical, but other than that, I have no complaints.
