Since I made the trip specifically for consultations, this was one of my last consultations. The manager consulted me first and immediately made me feel comfortable asking questions.. She asked first whether it was uncomfortable to open my eyes because I have strong forehead-lifting power. Out of all the hospitals I had visited, only two had recommended ptosis correction, so I was inwardly surprised when the manager mentioned it. The director also explained things in detail.. and when they said the same thing about ptosis correction, I was really startled.. Again I was touched when they pointed out the exact features of my eyes so accurately by comparing photos.. I thought I would do it here, but since it was my first hospital I just left for now. I don't even know if I'll come back or not... I was moved by how kind the manager was, even escorting me all the way to the elevator... The elevator didn't seem like it was going to come down, but she didn't leave and waited until I got in, and I had all kinds of thoughts inside.. When I saw the manager bowing until the elevator doors closed, I felt that even though I work in the same industry, I should learn from that too. After the manager consultation, I had the director consultation, then a final consultation with the manager.. They absolutely did not pressure me on the price, told me to visit other places and compare, and said if I decided to proceed with them, just contact them by mid-June, and they would even give a discount. They told me not to feel pressured and to get enough consultation.. I wondered if this was customer-delight service, because I was extremely satisfied not only with the surgery but also with the way they treated me.
