The consultation manager was the worst. Just felt like one random girl from a co-ed school? A manager is supposed to explain things you don’t know, but instead she said why didn’t you look into it before coming. This wasn’t a consultation at all, it was basically just a cost-haggling person. I couldn’t see any professionalism whatsoever. But the director is worth the consultation fee. They responded really well and the consultation was great. I’m thinking about surgery.
