Here I had my first surgery 7 years ago I used septal cartilage and I want to turn back time I should not have used septal cartilage.. for a small nose, no matter how little septal cartilage you remove, you never know what will happen later I feel congestion in one nostril, not severe.. I still remember that when the doctor touched my nose during the consultation back then, there was a smell of cigarettes on his hands I didn't like the shape of my nose The doctor was.. kind
