The manager was very kind, but the director’s attitude was quite arrogant. The moment they pressed hard around the eye area, I decided there was no way I would get treatment here. When I told them about the range of hopes I had, they showed quite a bit of resistance as if it was too much. The wait wasn’t long and I was guided in right away. I went expecting no accidents, but it was disappointing. I’m using a translator.
