For people with little fat in the eyes and a faint eyelid line, I recommend double eyelid surgery. I had little fat and already had a line, so I had a buried method, and my friend had little fat but no line and said she would do an outfold, so she had an incision method. We both were very successful and satisfied. I don’t respond well to anesthesia, so I had general anesthesia, but near the end of the surgery I woke up a little and heard the director and the nurse talking.
