I had buried-stitched double eyelid surgery, but it came undone, so I had it redone with a partial incision. The doctor's style was forceful, and while the explanation for why it came undone made sense, there was no explanation at all the first time I had the buried-stitched procedure, and when I went back for a revision after it came undone, they only then spoke with a tone that implied it was the patient's fault.
