I had my nose surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. The sedation almost didn’t work, so I got local anesthesia injections almost completely raw.. During the whole surgery I could hear every sound. Other people may have had good results, but I had side effects within a year after surgery and had to get removal and revision surgery at another clinic.
