All the desk staff were kind. I had previously had bone surgery, so they started with a CT scan. I went earlier than my appointment time, but the wait wasn't long. First of all, the consultation manager was legendary. Usually consultation managers at other clinics just look at you and say roughly which areas need to be done, but the person in charge of me had been working there for over 10 years, so they even drew a diagram of the nose and explained the proportions, and explained what kind of image I have and what kind of changes I should pursue based on that. I usually worry that cosmetic surgery in Gangnam will make me end up with one of those all-similar factory-produced noses, but here I really liked that they considered my individual image. The director checked the CT, took photos, and even put on vinyl gloves to examine the inside of my nose personally. They also held silicone up to my nose while explaining, and explained the surgical plan well, which I really liked. After the consultation, it was so trustworthy that I even wondered whether I really needed to go to the next consultation reservation.
