You consult with both the manager and the doctor, but it ends quickly. On the day of surgery, they drew the line while I was lying on the bed, and the result was uneven and gave me sausage eyes. The swelling was enormous and lasted a long time. The line is just different, as if each eye was done by a different person. It's been 3 years now, and I'm just going to have revision surgery.
