Body Contouring review at Ridian (리디안) · Liposuction · 2023-07-03

I had upper and full-body liposuction. The surgery was done in two stages, and my body is precious, so I paid a lot because it was a hospital that minimizes scars. The result feels like a failure in my case, and I am not satisfied. Too much fat was taken, and even from the photos it looks similar. And people can't even tell that I had surgery, let alone that I've lost weight. If I could go back, I think I'd spend this money on dieting instead. I don't recommend it if you want a large-volume procedure (it might be good if slim people go just to remove a little extra fat). After the surgery, I saw people with similar specs to me getting better results, and I felt very disappointed. My abdomen did feel somewhat operated on, but there was still too much fat left in my arms and back. When I went to the doctor and talked about it, I was told that there was a lot of bleeding so they couldn't remove all the fat. I also heard an explanation about why there was so much bleeding, but I can't help feeling disappointed. They said they'd do a revision surgery after a year, and when I said I didn't want a revision and wanted some of my money refunded, they didn't refund it, but they did try to take care of me afterward by talking about other non-surgical options. Since they did try to manage the aftercare, I felt that they were trying to take responsibility for the patient and weren't just ignoring me. I think their style is more about minimizing scars and emphasizing balance and line rather than removing a large amount of fat. If you expect large-volume results like I did, you'll be disappointed, and I think it may work better if thinner people go to reduce small pockets of fat while minimizing scars. For me, it was too disappointing and it doesn't feel like the right hospital for me, so I regret it. I'm writing this review honestly.
