I originally found it through an app. When I visited before they moved, they were kind, and since it was my first procedure they even joked around to help me relax and explained the procedure carefully, so I kept going back. But back then the coordinator was crazyㅡㅡ Even after they moved, I kept visiting, and with the change in coordinator, the consultation got better. But as more patients came in, it started to feel rushed and the explanation got lacking, and the dimple procedure I had done loosened on one side in less than a monthㅠ
