First of all, I have experience having surgery there when the representative director was at Valentine Hospital, and I currently have experience visiting Zenith as well (I was there as a guardian when a family member had breast surgery). The director is just normally kind. With the staff at Zenith now, I don't really feel much kindness. That said, it's not to the point of being unpleasant; they just do their own jobs. My double eyelid came undone after 2 to 3 years, so I'm not sure how satisfied I am. My family member recently had breast surgery and says they are satisfied. Since my surgery with the director was 10 years ago, he may have gotten even better by now...? The facility is newly built and nice. The whole building is the Zenith hospital building...
