The facilities were so large that it would not be an exaggeration to call them the biggest in Ulsan. Unlike other hospitals, they took facial photos as soon as I arrived, and I found it impressive that the consultation proceeded based on those. The manager who first consulted with me was kind. I also saw that she was trying to empathize from the patient’s point of view. In the consultation with the director, I felt that he was trying to come across in a more familiar way rather than putting up a wall. However, the explanation was a little lacking in being easy to understand and detailed, so I think that actually made it insufficient for me to feel trust. The hospital facilities looked very good, but one thing that ruined it for me was that they said if you didn’t make a same-day reservation, you wouldn’t get a discount, and if you came later the price would go up, while also demanding a non-refundable deposit and reservation. Of course, the patient can choose whether to do that, but at the very least I think the hospital should give the patient time to think, so in that respect I want to give it a low score. It just looks like they want to beat other hospitals in competition and make money.
