Maybe things have changed now, but when I had my nose surgery, I had to go through the coordinator before I could see the doctor; I had said before the surgery that I wanted it to look natural, but not so natural that it looked like nothing at all, and yet no one around me knows I had nose surgery~ The implant also shifted a bit to the side, and it was shifted enough for acquaintances to notice, but the hospital says that's because I have facial asymmetry.
