I had surgery in 2009 because my nasal bridge was low, and during the consultation they gave me a professional explanation about the ideal nose height and so on. But the surgical result... even right after surgery, nobody could tell I had surgery, and they said it didn't seem like I had surgery at all. It seems like there is an implant in there, but there has been no height change. The nose line itself is pretty, though.
