About 4 years ago I had surgery to tie the nasal tip cartilage, to set up the septal cartilage, and to use artificial dermis on the bridge. I didn’t want any foreign material inserted, and I wanted a natural, small result. The reason I chose this hospital was that it was one of the non-open-specialist clinics, and based on the consultation results, they could do something very close to what I wanted. Using artificial dermis definitely doesn’t make the bridge look perfectly crisp, but it came out exactly moderately as I expected, so I’m satisfied. Honestly, because it looks so natural, I sometimes think I should have gone further and put in silicone, but since my original goal was almost achieved, I want to give a high score.
